We're seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team. As part of this role, you'll help us attract, hire and retain top talent to achieve our bold vision. You'll play a vital role in defining, developing and maintaining the winning culture that empowers diverse individuals to work together and create the impossible.
In this position, you'll support the development and execution of active and passive executive recruiting needs. You'll continuously seek out and engage with talent in all disciplines, proactively build and nurture diverse talent pipelines, and research and talent-map target companies. You'll also partner with Senior Executive Recruiters, HR and Hiring Executives to build candidate profiles and search strategies.
To be successful in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of demonstrated success attracting and recruiting executive-level talent. You'll also need 3+ years of executive search experience in a search firm or corporate setting, and proficiency with enterprise ATS, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and other recruiting tools/technology.

This position is a leadership level 6 and ranges from $127,100-$239,900.
