Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across teams to identify key learning opportunities that align with specific business initiatives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive learning plans using agency resources or self-directed research.
• Present actionable insights effectively through compelling presentations, reports, and other mediums.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in data analysis and insights generation.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of market research fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years relevant professional experience in consumer insights, analytics, brand management, or strategy-focused role.

The salary range for this role is $115,520 - $173,280 per year. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. Benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.
