Revenue Operations Manager

Kody is seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive Revenue Operations Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key part in optimizing sales processes, driving operational efficiency, and empowering go-to-market (GTM) teams.

Role Overview The Revenue Operations Manager will work closely with the Commercial team, focusing on system administration, process optimization, and data analytics to enhance overall revenue productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Optimization & Sales Support:
• Support and refine end-to-end revenue processes across the sales funnel.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Assist with territory allocation, quota tracking, and pipeline management.

• Revenue Analytics & Reporting:
• Maintain and enhance reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Conduct regular data analysis to provide actionable insights for sales leadership.
• Assist in revenue forecasting, capacity modeling, and KPI tracking.

• Systems & Technology Management:
• Ensure data integrity, hygiene, and consistency across all revenue systems.
• Help integrate GTM platforms and automate routine workflows.
• Support end-user adoption by providing system training and troubleshooting support.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations within a SaaS company.
• Strong, proven hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and communication platforms like Intercom.
• Good understanding of core SaaS metrics and sales workflows.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• University degree or equivalent practical experience.
