We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at our Bartonville location. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide physical therapy services to patients. You will assist with exercises, treatments, and activities designed to promote physical function and mobility.
Responsibilities: Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and progress reports Conduct exercises and activities to promote physical function and mobility Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree in physical therapy assistant studies or related field preferred Current certification as a physical therapist assistant (PTA) in the state of Texas Ability to lift and move patients as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a physical therapy setting Certification in CPR and first aid Bilingual or multilingual skills
