Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of our products based on Salesforce. As part of a Product-Led Organisation and Dual-Track Agile model, you will be the key link between business areas, our internal technical team (Architects), and our development partners (POs, SMs, and Devs).

Your focus will be on ensuring we are 'building the right thing' through continuous discovery, maximising business value in the Salesforce Core ecosystem, and guaranteeing the product is resilient, secure, and scalable (Bulletproof standard).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the upstream phase, identifying problems, validating hypotheses, and refining the backlog before development.
  • Working closely with Product Designers to explore customer understanding through research and field studies, and designing high-value solutions.
  • Conducting market analysis, benchmarking competitors, and using market research data to influence product strategy.
  • Developing a roadmap of features, decomposing macro business strategy into actionable features, collecting requirements, negotiating feature priorities with business areas, and planning releases.
  • Aligning business objectives, ensuring the product meets company goals, and acting diplomatically to negotiate priorities, timelines, and scope.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and risks, identifying strategic risks, and managing expectations around outcomes and delivered features.
  • Collaborating with the Product Owner and Scrum Master of the partner supplier, leading release planning, explaining complex business rules, and validating/accepting final deliveries.
  • Defining and owning success and failure metrics, using market data and user perceptions to pivot or persevere in strategy.
  • Ensuring mechanisms for collecting feedback in Salesforce releases, proposing continuous improvements based on user voice.
  • Working closely with the internal Architect to reserve space in the backlog for technical demands (Tech Debt).
  • Guaranteeing implementation in Salesforce follows the Bulletproof pillars: High Availability, Cybersecurity, Error Handling, Observability, and rigorous testing.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Advanced English language skills, proven ability to interact, present results, and conduct negotiations with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Consolidated experience as a Product Manager, strong involvement in the upstream phase (discovery, ideation, hypothesis validation, and prototyping).
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform), ability to discern when to use native solutions versus complex customisations.
  • Practical experience with Dual-Track Agile (Discovery and Delivery in parallel) and product metrics (OKRs, KPIs).
  • Diplomatic profile, excellent negotiation, executive communication, and ability to transition between business and technology.

Nice-to-have qualifications include:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
  • AI-first mindset, experience or interest in applying Artificial Intelligence (e.g., Einstein Salesforce) as a lever for speed and hyper-personalisation.
  • Practical knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies and facilitating co-creation workshops.
