Description

We're looking for a creative and technical professional to join our Global Sourcing Services team. As a Solutions Engineer, you will bridge the gap between complex corporate data and the human beings who use it, creating innovations and automation that makes work better for everyone.

In this role, you will be our champion for the end-user, conducting research and analysis to ensure our Sourcing Tools are intuitive and industry-leading. You'll be involved in the full lifecycle,from assessing customer needs and writing code to testing functionality and leading the final rollout. You'll also create the documentation and training that helps our global workforce master new technologies.

  • Involved in the full lifecycle,from assessing customer needs and writing code to testing functionality and leading the final rollout.

Empower Others:

  • Create the documentation and training that helps our global workforce master new technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • User-Centric Architecture: Deeply understand user behaviors and preferences to architect intuitive, end-to-end interactions and logical information structures.
  • Journey Mapping & Advocacy: Expertly map user journeys across the organization, prioritizing user needs and championing 'design craft' excellence in every solution.
  • Evidence-Based Design: Lead usability testing and UX research to critically evaluate and optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of digital interactions.
  • Visual Storytelling: Effectively communicate complex design proposals and project progress to stakeholders and customers through compelling demos and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or related field
  • Power Platform Mastery: 3+ years of experience building high-performance PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven) featuring modern, sophisticated user interfaces.
  • Process Transformation: 4+ years of experience successfully migrating legacy business processes into automated PowerApps and Power Automate (Flow) solutions.
  • Full-Lifecycle Ownership: Translate business requirements into technical reality, meeting aggressive timelines while ensuring rigorous unit and integration testing.
  • Experience: 4+ years of dedicated UX design experience and 4+ years in Agile environments.
  • Adoption Expert: 3+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
  • Certification: Training and/or professional certification as a Microsoft PowerApps Professional or Developer.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • System Integration: Proven ability to integrate Power BI dashboards and reports directly into PowerApps to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • O365 Ecosystem: 3+ years of experience building solutions that span the Office 365 suite, including SharePoint, Outlook, Graph API, and OneDrive.
