As an HR People Partner, NA, you will be located in Hawaii and will perform HR consulting and coaching by collaborating with business leaders to address significant people and cultural issues. You will work closely with business leadership across Hawaii to implement near-to-long-term HR solutions aligned with business strategy.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Serving as an embedded HR consultant in daily operations, partnering closely with site and business leaders to stabilize workforce performance through data-based insights and pragmatic solutions;
- Providing timely, high-volume, real-time issue resolution by being visible and accessible to employees and leaders;
- Delivering on-demand coaching, consultation, and data-based analysis to leaders with a strong focus on employee relations and risk mitigation;
- Integrated Talent Management, including workforce planning, retention and attrition control, talent reviews and development, and succession planning;
- Employee Issue Management, including investigations, discipline and corrective action, attendance management, and policy interpretation and enforcement;
- Culture, Change, and Organization Management, supporting organisational and team changes that may impact schedules, roles, pay, and safety protocols;
- Total Rewards, including annual compensation practices, recognition, and ad-hoc compensation support;
- Managing and resolving individual cases through the AskHR platform and other channels;
- Proactively sharing relevant HR information and clarifying policies through effective communication channels.
This role requires inter-island travel to Molokai on a monthly basis and quarterly inter-island travel to Oahu. Some travel to Bayer Crop Science offices in St. Louis, MO may be required.
We seek an incumbent who possesses deep and broad knowledge of operational HR portfolio, demonstrated experience in promoting positive employee relations and workplace culture, and adeptness at working in a global, multi-location environment.
