Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Therapy team at Aspirus Rhinelander YMCA in Rhinelander, WI.

The Physical Therapist Assistant carries outpatient and inpatient treatment procedures for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients under the guidance and general supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT).

Responsibilities and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

• Knowledge of occupational therapy standards and practices normally acquired through completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Post graduate education in patient treatment techniques and experience in general physical therapy treatment beneficial.
• State of Wisconsin PTA licensure.
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Work Schedule

• 1.0 FTE/80 hours every two weeks working primarily day shift hours, Monday-Friday.
