Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at our Little Elm location. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and assist with physical therapy treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and follow-up care
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physical therapists
• Conduct exercises and activities to help patients achieve their goals
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Texas
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a physical therapy setting
• Certification in CPR and first aid
