Description
Join NVIDIA's Datacenter System Software team as an Engineering Manager to drive Factory System Software and Diagnostics Integration. You'll lead a global team delivering embedded code, application programs, and diagnostic updates for factories building NVIDIA's GPU- and DPU-based products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and grow a global factory engineering team with on-site presence at ODM/CM partner factories.
- Define factory readiness scope and workflows for rack-scale products, ensuring high-quality releases.
- Lead technical efforts for firmware, software, and diagnostics releases to factories.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and minimize bugs.
- Own the factory escalation path, triaging issues and minimizing line-down time.
- Drive innovation with a focus on automation and AI-assisted validation.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in software industry with specialization in system software and/or firmware development.
- 3+ years of engineering management or technical leadership experience.
- BS, MS, or PhD in CS, CE, EE, or related technical field.
- Proven track record of shipping scalable server products through factory ramps.
- Experience working with ODM/OEM partners.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with rack-scale compute architectures like GB200/GB300 NVL72.
- Familiarity with manufacturing test flows and MES integration.
- Hands-on experience with x86/ARM system architecture and coding.
- Track record of integrating AI/LLM tooling into engineering workflows.
