Sr. Project Manager

Logitech is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the entire New Product Development process, including engineering design and exploration coordination, product development, and mass production.

The Senior Project Manager will ensure timely delivery while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards and cost. This position requires cooperation with the Global Product Manager, BG Project Leader, and Engineering team to develop and launch products in manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans that align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Effectively lead a global, cross-functional technical team and factory members to ensure product launch deliverables, schedule, cost, and quality meet the committed project objectives.
• Coordinate with manufacturing innovation and engineering teams to resolve technical bottlenecks, optimize BOM cost, and ensure a smooth transition from prototype to volume production.
• Plan, schedule, prioritize, and drive product design and development activities to ensure project activities are well-managed.
• Communicate project progress and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements and skills:

• Fluent in both verbal and written English.
• Minimum 10+ years of project management experience in consumer electronics, digital and mobile devices, or accessories, working with cross-functional teams, and managing new product development in a global environment.
• Good knowledge of Project Management Standards and Methodologies from project concept to development and commercialization.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, establishing effective co-working teams with key global stakeholders, functional leaders, and team members.
• Clear understanding of work breakdown structures, developing and managing project schedules.
• Excellent time management, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills. Strong problem-solving skills, strong sense of responsibility, and urgency.
• Ability to use tools such as MS Project, WBS, R&R, Risk analysis, critical path, etc.
• Strong business sense, understanding internal customer needs, and supporting BG to achieve business targets.
