FBS Asset Management Lead

Our Client, a leading US insurer with over $25 Billion in gross written premiums, seeks an experienced FBS Asset Management Lead. This role involves leading daily operations of asset management, testing, and depot teams, ensuring IT assets are properly tracked, tested, deployed, recovered, and disposed of throughout their lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supervising the testing and depot operations team
• Ensuring devices and peripherals are properly tested, validated, and approved for deployment
• Overseeing functional testing of IT equipment
• Supporting and guiding technicians in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware issues
• Establishing and maintaining testing procedures and quality standards
• Monitoring team performance and service levels
• Managing escalations and providing technical leadership
• Analyzing testing results and implementing corrective actions
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives

• Experience leading asset management, testing, or IT operations teams

• Experience with inventory control, asset audits, and operational reporting
