Lead Product Manager

The Role

As a Lead Product Manager at Carta, you will work across our platform to ensure our offerings remain market-leading and transformative. You will drive strategy, prioritization, and product delivery, and be passionate about building intuitive solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• You have 7+ years experience in product management in a high-paced, agile software development environment, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products.
• You have several years of experience in building products at startups in cross-functional teams with product designers, engineers, and business partners.
• You are empathic and driven by solving problems for your users, and have the ability to dig deep into their problems and really understand what drives them.
• You are a systems thinker and solve problems in a holistic way.
• You traverse between altitudes with ease, thinking big picture on product strategy and getting in the trenches to solve calculation definition issues.
• You are resourceful and scrappy in the right ways, knowing when to invest versus standing up fake doors to validate a hypothesis.

Salary Range

Our expected cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is:

• $204,000 - 240,000 in San Francisco, CA; Santa Clara, CA; New York, NY
• $193,800 - 228,000 in Seattle, WA
