Processing Operator I

We're looking for a Processing Operator I to join our team at our Oosterbierum plant.

As a Processing Operator I, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining processing equipment, ensuring efficient production processes, and adhering to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain processing equipment, including fryers, peelers, and sorters
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality output
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and resolve issues
• Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or processing environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic math skills and ability to read and follow instructions
