Description
We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Gatwick Airport. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling our products to customers. You will work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI's, and you will be a real support to your managers and colleagues alike.
You will ideally have had some experience as a Sales Advisor, ideally gained from a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG. You will aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts the way it is seen, and you will love all things Charlotte Tilbury.
You will be required to be flexible to work on a shift basis, including both early shifts and late shifts. You will also be required to give a five-year working and personal reference, along with a Criminal Reference Check as the store is airside in the departures lounge.
As a Beauty Expert, you will have the opportunity to attend Charlotte's Magic Academy, where you will learn about art, commerce, and Charlotte's own values. You will also have opportunities to disrupt processes and have your voice truly heard.
