We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our retail team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in Münster, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with customers
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and make recommendations to customers
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and business objectives
• Represent the Charlotte Tilbury brand and uphold its values

Requirements:

• Experience in the beauty industry or a similar field
• Passion for Charlotte Tilbury and willingness to represent the brand
• Ideally, experience as a makeup artist
• Positive attitude, energy, and customer-focused mindset
• German language proficiency at B2 level
