Solutions Consultant, Payload

Figma is growing its team of creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all.

As a Solutions Consultant supporting Payload accounts, you'll partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to craft and deliver consultative strategies that showcase Payload's value within Figma.

What you'll do at Figma:

• Paint the vision of Payload within the Figma Platform and guide customers in realizing the value through product demonstrations and presentations
• Support the Sales team by addressing Payload and Figma platform questions and showcasing how Payload accelerates digital product development to customers
• Own the customer IT and Security relationship during the deal cycle by addressing security questionnaires and enterprise requirements
• Collaborate with Product and Support to identify opportunities for enhancing account security through new product features
• Design and scale technical sales efforts, facilitating conversations and connections between customers, sales, and product teams
• Deliver timely technical support to customers and agency partners building on Payload
• Collaborate with Figmates to hone your craft and execute daily

Requirements:

• 4+ years in Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting within a SaaS environment
• Strong ability to position technology in a pre-sales capacity
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Solid understanding of the enterprise SaaS ecosystem, frontend development, and modern developer workflows
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies

Nice to Have:

• Experience using or working with Payload, or other CMS/DXP experience
