Physical Therapist - PRN

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to improve their mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to identify their physical therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and objectives
• Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective care coordination
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Wisconsin
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with patients with various diagnoses and conditions
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and practice management software
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
