Description
As an Indirect Supply Chain - CAPEX Ford Champ, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end procurement lifecycle by sourcing suppliers, managing contracts, and analysing financial data to drive cost savings. You will coordinate cross-functional communication among Engineering, Operations, and Finance while tracking supplier performance and KPI metrics. You will monitor market trends to identify innovation opportunities and ensure seamless, on-time project execution.
Responsibilities: Support the drafting, reviewing, and tracking of contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Help maintain supplier relationships by scheduling meetings and documenting performance reviews. Gather pricing data and assist in cost-comparison and savings-tracking reports. Support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle by tracking requisitions through to project execution. Coordinate communication and meetings between Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams. Assist in collecting data for procurement performance dashboards and management reports. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to support team innovation.
