As a Biomarker Data Scientist within the Digital Health & Real World Sciences team, you will develop innovative solutions to enhance the analysis of large datasets and diverse data types, such as clinical trial data, biomarkers, digital markers, and real-world data (RWD).
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing advanced statistical analyses for clinical and biomarker studies
- Executing exploratory and confirmatory biomarker analyses across clinical trial data, omics data, and real-world data sources
- Evaluating and prototyping advanced analytical methods
- Supporting statistical evaluation strategies and analysis plans
- Developing and implementing standard processes for the analysis of routine biomarker assessments
- Creating and contributing to training materials on statistical and machine learning methods
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Master's or Ph.D. degree in statistics, biostatistics, computer science, bioinformatics, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in R and/or Python
- Experience working with large and complex datasets
- Solid clinical data domain expertise
- Familiarity with real-world data sources and methodologies
- Good understanding of software design principles
The salary range for this position is $104,480.00 - $156,720.00 per year, with additional compensation and benefits.
