Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, Quests Experience

Discord is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join its Ads team, focusing on innovative ad formats, including Quests.

The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain new Ads products from backend to frontend, collaborating with engineers across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain new Ads products
• Partner with engineering, product, and leadership to develop digital advertising features
• Architect simple and maintainable systems for quick launches and iterations
• Model strong ownership and introduce best practices to the team
• Own projects end-to-end, working with stakeholders to refine requirements and implement changes

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience
• Focus on impact and ownership
• Growth mindset and love of mentorship
• Expertise with Typescript, React, React Native, and Python is a plus

Benefits:

• Salary range: $196,000 to $220,500 + equity + benefits
