Senior Product Manager

ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the transformation of ZoomInfo's apps for the era of AI agents and generative AI.

You will lead a team of talented designers, engineers, marketers, and analysts to help build the best product, enabling customers to unlock insights, engage customers, and win faster.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI Product Lifecycle: Drive AI-native products from ideation through launch and iteration, leveraging generative AI, autonomous agents, and LLMs.
• Set Vision and Roadmap: Define a compelling vision for how AI agents will reshape GTM workflows and translate it into a strategic, aligned roadmap.
• Engage Customers: Partner with sales, marketing, and CS users to identify where AI-driven automation delivers the most value.
• Measure What Matters: Define and track AI-centric metrics,agent task completion, model accuracy, automation rates,and turn insights into action using tools like Amplitude and Tableau.
• Champion the User: Ensure AI capabilities solve real user problems, not just showcase technical possibilities.
• Lead Cross-Functionally: Rally engineers, AI/ML specialists, designers, and GTM teams to ship intelligent, best-in-class experiences.
• Align Stakeholders: Communicate AI product strategy clearly and compellingly to executives and cross-functional partners through regular written updates.
