Senior Air Freight Manager, Taiwan

Job Summary

As a Senior Air Freight Manager at Flexport, you will be part of the regional leadership team overseeing the air business in Taiwan. You will set and implement the strategic roadmap, build strong partnerships, and drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Set and implement the strategy for air freight in Taiwan
• Develop and execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
• Manage the country P&L, including revenue, COGS, and operating expenses
• Drive day-to-day implementation of the region's strategy
• Develop and execute the procurement strategy for all trades
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key airline contacts
• Drive product development and align regional product capabilities with the market
• Lead and develop a high-performing air freight team
• Partner with Sales to drive go-to-market strategies and lead pricing strategy

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in freight forwarding, airlines, or logistics operations
• Experience in procurement and airline relationships in the Taiwan market
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Deep expertise in freight forwarding market and operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
