Marketing Specialist - Schwerpunkt Social Media (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist - Social Media (m/w/d) to join our team in Mannheim, Germany. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics.

Your tasks will include:

• Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Creating high-quality content for various social media channels, including text, images, and videos
• Analyzing performance metrics to optimize social media campaigns
• Collaborating with external partners to achieve common goals
• Working in performance marketing, especially in the area of Search Engine Advertising (SEA)
• Implementing marketing projects independently, structured, goal-oriented, and with clear reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• First experience in performance or marketing field on company or agency side
• Proficiency in social media marketing and ability to develop effective content
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and draw conclusions for optimization
• Creativity, initiative, good sense of trends, and structured work style
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and proficiency in German and English
