Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Key Account Manager to manage and develop our most important customer relationships. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and working proactively to maximise sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Your role will be crucial in strengthening our market position and ensuring long-term business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Understand customer needs and challenges to offer tailored solutions.
  • Identify and drive sales opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Negotiate agreements and prices in line with the company's goals and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
  • Report to management on customer relationships and sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role in sales or customer management.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships at a high level.
  • Results-driven with the ability to identify and drive sales opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Analytical ability to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Education in sales, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
