As a Senior Regional IT Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the local and remote hardware and software desk support operations. Your responsibilities will include responding to support requests, troubleshooting problems, performing routine maintenance on IT systems, installing and updating software applications, replacing or upgrading hardware components, managing a team of Junior IT Desk Service Coordinators, and conducting regular security audits.
You will also be responsible for monitoring network performance, ensuring network security, resolving problems related to local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN), training new staff and providing ongoing training and development for current staff, administering the Dealer Portal, and acting as 2nd level support for HUN/EDM dealer end users. Additionally, you will manage accurate inventory of IT assets, maintain corporate PC (Dell) and mobile (Apple) fleet, and play a role in strategic planning, including developing and improving service desk processes.
