Beauty Expert

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in London.

As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building meaningful connections with our customers in a high-energy retail environment.

You will:

• Combine your expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge to empower customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves
• Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Build solid relationships with team members and management to contribute to a sense of teamwork
• Champion the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience
• Adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities to achieve success
• Follow company grooming standards to represent the brand

Requirements:

• Ideally, an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
• Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG
• Experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers with different needs
