Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end shipments across various modes, including bookings, documentation, and milestone tracking.
• Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
• Troubleshoot shipment exceptions and escalate issues with proposed solutions.
• Maintain accurate data across Flexport systems to meet KPIs and client SLAs.
• Collaborate with account managers and customs teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable solutions using AI, code, and automation.
• Develop or contribute to internal tools, dashboards, and workflows that enhance efficiency and data quality.
• Proactively leverage AI tools in daily work and share insights with the team.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with country management, operations leads, and sales teams to align on priorities and client needs.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and external partners.
• Contribute to regional strategy discussions with an operational perspective.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to identify win-win operational and business opportunities.
• Experience in freight forwarding, supply chain, or logistics operations is beneficial but not required.
