Description
The Scrum Master II serves as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more Scrum teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Removing impediments and resolving team-level and cross-team dependencies.
- Promoting Lean-Agile principles and maintaining a culture of trust and collaboration.
- Coaching teams on self-organisation, continuous improvement, and adherence to Scrum practices.
- Partnering with Product Owners to ensure backlog refinement and prioritisation.
- Tracking progress using Agile metrics and tools, such as Rally and Jira.
- Driving delivery accountability by creating conditions for effective sprint outcomes and value delivery.
