Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and support. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $28-$33 per hour and a $10k sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care and treatment plans
• Conduct patient assessments and gather data to inform treatment decisions
• Implement treatment plans and provide patient education
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
• Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Indiana
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
