Sales Trainee

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team in Scotchtown. This is a training role designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager position. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager, and maintain customer relationships with large and small format 'off-premise' stores.

Responsibilities

• Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, the brand and products
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling
• Obtain all tools to execute the daily plan
• Effectively communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers on daily priorities
• Cover Account Sales Manager routes as needed
• Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
• Support the team with audits, blitz, building of displays, merchandising to drive sales

Requirements

• Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years of age
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English; additional languages an advantage

Salary

• The base salary range for this position is $19.95 to $22.05 per hour. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
