Beauty Expert

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Sephora in Mallorca. As a Beauty Expert, you will work at a fast-paced rate to achieve and exceed KPIs. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our products. You will be responsible for defending the art of high-quality makeup and providing an impeccable customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working at a fast-paced rate to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Providing expert advice on our products and services
• Defending the art of high-quality makeup
• Providing an impeccable customer experience
• Adapting to changes in the business and supporting your colleagues and managers

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment, such as beauty, retail, or FMCG
• Passion for the brand and a willingness to promote it
• Experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different clients with different needs
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
