Be the first to apply for this high-volume position management role at Ford Motor Company. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of position IDs with speed and accuracy. Proactively monitor real-time staffing levels and make adjustments as needed to headcount, position IDs, and target budget.
Your responsibilities will also include forecasting and capacity planning, data integrity and reporting, launching a position management tool, data collection, integration, and modeling, knowledge management, audit management, remediation and tracking, and stakeholder communication.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma and 5+ years of experience in analyst, business intelligence, digital transformation, or workforce management. A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred. You should also have exceptional data analysis skills, process design skills, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
