As a Strategic Core Account Executive - Discrete Manufacturing, you'll manage and grow a high-profile account with one of Germany's most iconic brands, a world leader in industrial automation and digitalisation.
Your role involves:
- Driving sustained growth across consumption, expansion, and new business as part of the large account team
- Exceeding growth targets by turning account strategy into measurable commercial outcomes
- Acting as a trusted C-suite advisor, influencing executive decisions and shaping enterprise-wide Data & AI transformation initiatives
- Identifying, prioritising, and scaling high-value AI use cases to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Leading complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations to close transformational agreements
Requirements include:
- Proven success selling advanced data, analytics, Big Data, AI, or complex cloud technology
- A track record of exceeding revenue goals in large, global enterprise accounts within the Industrial/Manufacturing vertical in Germany
- Understanding of consumption-based growth models and scaling strategic accounts
- Proficiency in structured sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Value Selling
- Experience building champion networks and leading cross-functional account teams
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to influence senior leaders up to C-level
