Red Bull Student Marketeer

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of the world's most dynamic and empowered brand ambassador program.

Your role is to understand the target audience of Red Bull and drive the brand image and product functionality on your campus and in your region.

The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, enthuse university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand on your campus.

This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting them to try products, as well as working at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.

Student Marketeers value flexibility in work and enjoy working in a creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand and product ambassador: live and breathe the brand personality and company values, representing the brand exceptionally through daily interactions with consumers and/or customers.
• Create and execute a personalized and innovative plan on campus, involving students and bringing the brand to life at university.
• Establish a solid network of contacts through relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive brand engagement on your social media channels through authentic content.
• Work at Red Bull events and supported events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.

• Be a sales expert: build relationships with local customers and ensure Red Bull is available and visible to consumers.
• Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points for Red Bull on your campus and beyond.
• Utilize relevant Red Bull resources to keep the brand present with local customers.

• Demonstrate execution excellence and attention to detail in all areas.
• Share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular in-person and online interactions.
• Plan and report your activities through the dedicated online platform.

Requirements

• Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality.
• Immersed in student life, with a broad understanding of the university scene, city, and region, including extracurricular activities and points of interest.
• Highly accessible and sociable, with the ability to relate to different people in various situations.
• Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Ability to balance part-time work and studies.
• Affinity for and desire to learn and apply a new range of skills, especially in marketing and sales.
• Connected to various influential groups and individuals on campus.
• Valid driver's license.
