Description

We're seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to join our Electric Vehicles, Digital and Design (EVDD) team. As a key contributor to the development of next-generation Thermal Systems, you'll bridge the gap between hardware and software. Your responsibilities will include serving as a technical anchor for the Thermal Subsystem, defining and driving the development roadmap for application logic, component controls, and diagnostics, and leading the selection and integration of new hardware.

In this role, you'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You'll also design and execute comprehensive pre-merge verification plans to ensure software robustness, conduct hands-on validation using bench setups and vehicle assets, and review code (C/C++) and sign off on software releases.

To succeed in this position, you'll need a strong understanding of mechatronic fundamentals, proven debugging and diagnostic skills, and proficiency in C/C++ for embedded targets. Experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and scripting experience for data analysis or test automation (Python, MATLAB) are also desired.

As an established global company, we offer a work life that works for you, including immediate medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage, flexible family care days, paid parental leave, new parent ramp-up programs, subsidized back-up child care and more.

This position is a salary grade 7-8 and ranges from $115,800-226,980.
