Head of Product - Business Lending

We're seeking a Head of Product to lead Mercury's lending business end-to-end, defining product strategy, growing the business, and owning P&L outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning the business lending P&L and strategy
• Building and scaling the lending organisation
• Taking products from 0-1 to scale
• Partnering with credit, underwriting, and risk on credit policy
• Managing capital and lending partners
• Balancing growth with regulatory standards
• Aligning the lending ecosystem

Requirements:

• 10+ years in lending or credit products, including significant time in SMB, commercial, or business lending
• 5+ years leading and managing teams of product managers
• Deep command of the full lending lifecycle
• A track record of owning a lending P&L
• Experience launching and scaling lending or credit products
• Experience working with bank partners, lending partners, or capital markets
• Sound judgment in a regulated environment
• A data-driven approach
