Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at our Dover location.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and support. You will assist with exercises, treatments, and other physical therapy modalities to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Implement exercise programs and provide patient education on proper technique and safety
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Delaware
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed
