At Bayer, we're seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with key Value Based Care accounts throughout Florida. You will understand and recommend the use of Kerendia and Lynkuet in the appropriate patient type and identify opportunities to expand business by aligning the appropriate use of Kerendia and Lynkuet with the Accounts patient care objectives.
The ideal candidate will have industry relevant work experience with strong network and relationships across Value Based Care organizations and Account Management experience. They will also possess a resourceful, strategic and analytical thinker, and creative problem solver with a See it, Own it, Solve it, Do it approach. Additionally, they will be able to work cross functionally and in a matrix environment, and have demonstrated experience in strategic planning and implementation.
This is a full-time position that requires up to 75% business travel by air and car. The salary range for this position is $163,200.00 - $244,800.00 per year, and additional compensation may include a bonus or commission.
