Senior Sales Coordinator (Distribution Partner Manager)

We are seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator (Distribution Partner Manager) to join our commercial team in Goiânia, Brazil.

As a Distribution Partner Manager (DPM), you will be the key contact between Red Bull and our distributor and major clients in the Off Premise channel. Your goal will be to ensure that proposed targets are met and that the market is managed according to the strategy defined by Red Bull. This will involve providing training, sharing best practices, and promoting the Red Bull values through leadership by example.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the sales force in the field and internally within the distributor;
• Disseminate Red Bull values and lifestyle;
• Lead by example in the field and back office, acting as the main point of contact between Red Bull and the distributor;
• Set distribution and coverage targets with the distributor, and break them down internally among teams when possible;
• Develop weekly/monthly result analyses, identify problems, and propose action plans. Provide training and leadership by example, participating in daily/weekly/monthly meetings with the distributor and regional meetings;
• Monitor all sales KPIs using national and regional reports provided, and build custom controls when necessary;
• Audit and identify opportunities, co-creating action plans with the distributor;
• Train and support the distributor's sales force, sharing Red Bull execution concepts, providing feedback, and leading by example;
• Manage the implementation of materials and control of Red Bull market programs;
• Ensure achievement of your performance KPIs;
• Balance your routine between field and office, ensuring presence with the entire distributor team and participation in Red Bull internal agendas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree;
• Valid driver's license (Category B);
• Advanced Office package skills;
• Advanced English skills (considered a plus);
• Experience in sales (beverages a plus);
• Experience in leading sales forces (direct or indirect);
• Experience with point-of-sale execution;
• 20-30% travel required.
