We are seeking an experienced and motivated manufacturing engineer to join our Optical manufacturing engineering team in Thailand. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement in our production lines around the globe.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop manufacturing strategies for optical products, overseeing the production of optical components, conducting research and feasibility studies to optimize manufacturing processes, and implementing quality control measures to ensure consistent and reliable output.
The ideal candidate will have a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience, 5+ years' experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment in the Chip industry, and excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
As a seasoned manufacturing engineer, you will work alongside the Operations, R&D, and NPI teams on projects & mass production, assist in the testing and validation of new optical technologies and products, and travel as needed for the business.
