Corporate Technology Support Engineer
We are seeking a Corporate Technology Support Engineer to join our Core Technology Support & DevOps Team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support for multiple systems across the firm, improve the software delivery process and user experience, and drive process improvements via automation and the use of AI.
The technology stack includes Python, Scala, Java, Angular, Kafka, and various AWS platforms. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a technical support role within financial services or investment management, excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and analytical skills, and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for multiple systems across the firm
- Hands-on ops tasks to improve the software delivery process and user experience
- End-to-end support for projects involving Middle Office and Operations
- Drive process improvements via automation and the use of AI
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role within financial services or investment management
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
