Description
You will lead the Sales and Service Department, overseeing the team's performance, motivation, and development. Your key responsibilities will include implementing departmental strategies, optimising processes and service standards, and coordinating with various teams to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for creating offers and supporting the external sales team on a management level, as well as coordinating tank wagon business and pattern procurement for customers.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong customer and service orientation, excellent communication skills in German and English, and high leadership competencies. You should have several years of experience in customer service, sales, or a comparable function, as well as at least two years of experience in leading a small team. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP are also desirable.
