You will lead and manage large-scale cloud transformation programmes for complex enterprise clients
As a Principal Cloud Transformation Manager within our Cloud & Infrastructure capability, you will be accountable for end-to-end delivery, spanning assessment, mobilisation, execution, and transition to run, while ensuring alignment to business outcomes, financial objectives, and risk constraints.
You will play a critical role in defining transformation approaches, delivery models, and governance frameworks, while contributing to go-to-market propositions and supporting the development of our Cloud Transformation and Delivery Management offerings.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing large-scale cloud transformation programmes from initiation through to delivery and transition to operations, owning programme-level planning, governance, risk management, financial oversight, and delivery assurance, and coordinating multi-stream delivery across architecture, platform, application, security, and operations teams.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, strong experience in technology delivery, transformation management, or consulting roles, and proven experience leading and managing large-scale cloud or digital transformation programmes.
Additional preferred qualifications include experience delivering large cloud migration or modernisation programmes, background working within regulated or highly governed enterprise environments, formal programme or project management certifications, experience working in consulting or professional services environments, and understanding of cloud economics, FinOps, or platform operating models.
