Soft Services Site Lead

We are seeking a Soft Services Site Lead to oversee the delivery of soft services at the Airbus site in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring services consistently meet and exceed the customer's expectations within the scope of the contract.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and overseeing the delivery of soft services at the Airbus site
• Ensuring the company consistently meets all contractual obligations and service level agreements
• Building and maintaining a strong working relationship with the Airbus customer
• Responding promptly to any issues that arise on site and supporting their resolution
• Carrying out daily cleaning quality audits and monitoring cleaning performance
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Managing the recruitment, training, development, and performance management of the entire team
• Ensuring compliance with company and Airbus standards

The ideal candidate will have:

• School leaving standard qualifications in Maths and English
• Experience within the relevant industry, or a similar environment
• Up to date understanding of legislation relevant to the role
• A minimum of three years' experience of supervising/leading a team of soft services
• Experience working within a results-oriented environment
• Proven experience within an outsourced setting
• Experience of project management, including planning, implementation, and follow-up skills
• IT literacy, including knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
