Description
As the leader of sales and retail business, you will be responsible for driving our market leadership in retail and corporate customer business. You will identify and unlock new growth and efficiency opportunities to ensure the long-term competitiveness of Ford Bank.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the retail and wholesale sales team and achieving our targets in volume, market penetration, and profitability.
- Improving key performance indicators such as ATROE, contract volume, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) through a data-driven approach.
- Driving digital solutions, streamlining processes, and increasing transparency for dealers and customers.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with Ford Germany and our dealer partners, and promoting proactive support for sustainable growth.
- Coaching and inspiring a high-performing, decentralized team, fostering a culture of excellence, and overseeing strategic personnel development and succession planning.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
- Significant leadership experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or automotive sectors.
- Proven success in managing complex sales organizations and achieving growth targets.
- A digital mindset, with experience in leading transformation projects to digitize sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
- Ability to travel frequently and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
