Description
As a SAP Logistics Consultant, you will provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP systems in the area of logistics modules (MM/SD/CS/PP/QM). Your responsibilities will include processing incoming SAP tickets, ongoing system monitoring and optimization, and technical implementation of developed solutions for SAP Change Requests.
You will work closely with the AVL business departments to record requirements for SAP Change Requests and develop solution concepts. Your strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills will enable you to identify and implement process improvements.
This role requires a high level of customer and service orientation, as well as excellent communication skills. You will be part of a dynamic team and have the opportunity to work on international projects and business trips.
