Regional On Premise Manager Central - Toronto

We are seeking a Regional On Premise Manager Central to lead the On Premise development of the Red Bull brand in the province of Ontario. As a Regional On Premise Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of seven On Premise Managers (Musketeers/Scouts) and managing resources to achieve Business Plan objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume and live the Red Bull On Premise Culture, creating 'kindred spirits' while being a brand ambassador
• Monitor image standards within the Musketeer team regarding Red Bull's premium values
• Manage territory and team to drive horizontal and vertical growth
• Search for new business opportunities and optimize route planning
• Engage with customers in a professional Red Bull manner to build successful business relationships
• Develop and implement incentives and activities for key customers
• Allocate resources to achieve the highest growth plan in the region while improving profitability

Team Functions & Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop regional business plans
• Ensure short- and long-term strategies align with national priorities
• Communicate strategies to the team and demonstrate belief in plans
• Conduct training sessions with the team
• Coach, lead, and train Musketeers
• Spend a minimum of three days per week in the field with Musketeers
• Develop individual Musketeer targets and drive a high-performance culture
• Seek out and engage potential qualified candidates

Requirements:

• Strong On Premise industry knowledge and experience
• Minimum three years of sales experience with a strong history of success
• Minimum two years of management experience
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and coaching skills in English and French
• Creative, solution-oriented mindset
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills as an asset
• Valid driver's license required

What We Offer:

• Expected annual base salary range: $103,700 to $105,200
• Eligible for an annual bonus
