Description
We are seeking an Inventory Associate, Shipping & Receiving to join our rapidly growing team in Quincy, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our production and business growth through the material management and inventory flow. The right person for this role demonstrates strong ownership and ability to solve operational challenges with creative solutions in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include processing shipping and receiving at our Quincy, MA facility, preparing finished stock for shipment, and ensuring material movement across sites is accurately transacted for each move. You will also be responsible for completing cycle counts with a focus on reconciliation of all discrepancies, conducting all warehouse activities with safety and inventory accuracy as a top priority, and maintaining inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, be able to adapt in fast-paced environments, and have the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively. You will also need to be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $25.48 - $33.65/hour, depending on experience. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full-time offers, and top-tier benefits are available for full-time employees.
