Description

We are seeking an experienced Asset and Liability Management Manager to support Treasury / Balance Sheet Management activities with a focus on liquidity risk monitoring, IRRBB oversight, and local regulatory reporting.

The successful candidate will assist in daily liquidity risk metrics monitoring, review Group/Region IRRBB returns, produce local regulatory reporting, and support implementation and ongoing operation of Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring liquidity risk metrics in line with the Liquidity Contingency Plan and intraday liquidity monitoring requirements
  • Reviewing Group/Region IRRBB returns produced by offshore support teams and providing clear commentary with technical analysis and commercial insight
  • Producing local regulatory reporting, including IRRBB regulatory returns and Pillar 2 stress testing / analytical reports
  • Supporting implementation and ongoing operation of FTP, including manual IRR buy-in, Liquidity Premium calculation, Omnia process, and Group structural hedge disclosure processes
  • Liaising with local stakeholders to explain FTP methodology, impacts, and outcomes
  • Supporting ALCO governance, including preparation of the ALCO Pack and tracking/follow-up of ALCO actions and decisions
  • Assisting funding resource planning activities and supporting dividend payment/profit repatriation coordination
  • Engaging Taiwan Ratings Corp. (S&P Ratings subsidiary) for annual issuer credit rating review and quarterly financial updates for surveillance

The ideal candidate will have experience in Treasury, ALM, liquidity risk, IRRBB, regulatory reporting, or balance sheet management within banking/financial services. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.
